When retuning an item purchased online you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We do not take responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
The customer is responsible for packaging the return appropriately, items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Custom order are non-refundable as agreed upon at time of purchase.
Plants & Flowers are a final sale.
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to multiple delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.
We respect and value our customer's privacy and ensure that any and all personal data collected will never be shared or sold to any third party, we do not hold or store any personal information such as names, addresses or payment information in store or online.
